IXD Palletized Case Volume: “Each-Total, UNIT”
Total Cases: under “cases unit”
UPC: “IXD Palletized Case Volume” divided by “Total Cases” (formula =cell/cell)
IXD Rate: JPH (Jobs Per Hour)
Hours Invested (Pallerized Case): Paid hours total
Indirect Hours Invested: IXD Waterspider total
DA Rate: get the number from “DA Bldg to Bldg Transfer TOTAL”
Total OB pallets left: number of “backlog pallets left” (go back)
IXD Planning
NVF Volume Night Shift (or day shift, the instruction below will be different but the idea still the same) is what needs to be filled in the file above. How to get the numbers:
Go to DockMaster, everything should be checked, calculation needs to be done based on “today” and “tomorrow” select data from columns P C U from today after 18:00h until 23:59h copy and paste on a Excel spreadsheet, then go back to DockMaster and change the date for “tomorrow”, select the data from the columns P C U starting from 0:00h until 5:00h, copy and paste on the same Excel spreadsheet.
Check the sum on the status bar (bottom of the spreadsheet), place that number on the IXD Planning and Performance Quip under NVF Volume Night Shift, all the calculation should be done automatically.
