What Inbound Problem solve issues ISS Own?
1. Tickets created by the FC Inbound Problem Solvers.
When there is a defect that blocks receive or stow, a ticket with the details on what needs correction is submitted to have the item corrected.
How to create PS Ticket
Use ISS Kiosk https://w.amazon.com/bin/view/CISS/Training/ISSKiosk that will direct you straight into SIM Ticketing to create a Problem Solve Ticket.
• Be sure to add 5-6 images (all barcodes, title, 6-side images of the packaging, item itself)
• Fill out ALL required information in the ticket Overview and the Vendor Info Tab prior to submitting the ticket and sending units to ISS.
• See How To: Create a Problem Solve Ticket for further information on ticket guidelines. Failure to follow guidelines will delay resolution of the specific issue.
• Please note that all CTIs are also case-sensitive.
** Important: Make sure that TT is assigned to CA team
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the FC to receive or respond to a Problem Solve ticket is 48 hours.
2. Items under review of HAZMAT classification:
Only Hazmat Pending Review or classification should be routed to ISS.
The Pandash tool can be used to determine whether an item is classified (FCmenu https://fcmenu-iad-regionalized.corp.amazon.com/YOW3 -> Problem Solve-> more choices -> Pandash)
Use RIVER to create tickets for Unclassified Hazmat items (usually grey in Pandash) and route the tote to the ISS department along with the ticket information.
How to create TT for Hazmat :
Go to ISS Kiosk -> choose Jump to Hazmat -> FC Inbound Issue - > FC Hazmat Issue ->
North America, then follow the instructions.
**Important: check if the ASIN is written correctly, all letters are present, sometimes the last letter is missing and it doesn’t let to the external team to provide a quick resolution because needs additional research.
Once the item is classified, the ISS team would send units to be received or transshipped out via OB Transship, depending on the resolution.
